God Created Everything Good.
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and all He made was “very good.” (Genesis 1:31) Adam and Eve were made in God’s image and lived in complete fellowship with Him and one another. There was no fear, shame, guilt, or separation—only peace with God.
Sin Broke Our Fellowship with God.
When sin entered the world, the perfect relationship between God and humanity was broken. Sin brought shame, guilt, death, and separation from God. Apart from His restoring grace, we remain separated from the One who created us for fellowship with Him.
Jesus Restores What Sin Destroyed.
The good news of the Gospel is that God did not leave us in our brokenness. Through Jesus—the last Adam—God offers forgiveness, new life, and reconciliation. Jesus came to restore us to God through His saving work.
Salvation Is God’s Free Gift.
The Bible says, “the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). We are saved when we believe in our hearts and confess that Jesus is Lord. Through Him, we are forgiven, sealed by The Holy Spirit, and welcomed into the family of God.
We’re Not Meant to Do Life Alone.
God never intended us to walk through life alone. As you follow Him, pray and ask what obedience, trust, and surrender look like in this season of your life. Ask God to lead you into healthy fellowship with other believers who can encourage you, pray with you, and help you grow. Life with God is meant to be lived both personally with Him and together with His people.
God Is Restoring All Things.
God’s promise to restore all things means He will bring humanity and creation back into perfect harmony with Himself, undoing the effects of sin, death, and rebellion. Until that Day, Jesus invites us to live the abundant life He gives, remain close to Him, and encourage one another in faith and love. Our hope is not only that Heaven is coming, but that even now, through Christ, God is restoring us to Himself and to one another.
“and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of His cross.”
Colossians 1:20
God’s Word
God’s Word, salvation in Christ, and walking with Him each day mean everything to me. I am deeply grateful for the craft of bookbinding and for the inspiration I find in God and His Word. Bible study is more than gaining knowledge; it is a way to know the Lord more deeply, grow in faith, and be shaped by the truth of the Gospel. As you read, write, pray, and reflect on Scripture, I pray you are reminded of God’s love, the completed work of Christ, and the hope found in His saving grace. Each handmade book is a quiet invitation to slow down, open God’s Word, meet Him with an attentive heart, and/or simply find rest in Him through creativity. May these books become a treasured space where you can hold Scripture close and respond to the Good News of Jesus in everyday life.
